Michael Rebuck is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. Michael works on high-stakes litigation and investigations spanning various industries.

Michael has represented a major pharmaceutical distributor in multiple state courts across every stage of litigation, with a particular focus on trial work and expert discovery. He has also represented a technology company in federal court as an on-site trial team member. In addition, Michael maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal defense and First Amendment issues.
